When completing Quote forms on this site your personal information and travel preferences are collected and stored. This information is used by our Vacationistas to assist in quoting, creating, and/or booking the perfect vacation experience.

Online Surveys and/or Client Review forms are also found on the site. These surveys are entirely optional. Your reviews and feedback are collected and used to drive improvements in our service and to showcase accolades for our service.

Opting to receive newsletters and/or marketing materials are optional benefits for our clients that will keep them up to date on the latest deals/offers as well as offering inspiration for their next vacation. Your e-mail address is necessary to receive these newsletters and promotional materials. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom which will immediately and totally remove your email address from our database.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through Adventure Together Travel, LLC we provide information about you to the travel suppliers who we use for your travel arrangements. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Form submissions, whether via a Quote, Profile, Review, or Contact form are retained to assist in quoting, creating, and/or booking the perfect vacation experience. All submissions are removed from the site after a period of one year from submission. 

What rights you have over your data

At any time you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
