Agreement For Users And Travelers
When you use this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and you agree to convey the contents of this Agreement to your traveling companions:
The headings and subheadings contained in these Terms And Conditions are exclusively for the User’s convenience only and shall not be considered in interpreting the provisions of this Agreement. The User shall access this Website at the User’s own risk and the User is responsible for complying with the laws and jurisdiction where the User is located.
Consumer Disclosure Notice
PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. CALL ADVENTURE TOGETHER TRAVEL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
Adventure Together Travel, LLC acts as an agent for hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers of services listed on your booking itinerary and shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accident or event beyond their control, or by any action or negligence of any persons who are not in their employ. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers or their subcontractors or their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, or honor their contracts. Adventure Together Travel, LLC can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air, sea or other services due to sickness, weather, strike, war, or other causes.
Passports and Travel Documents:
All international trips require a Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of departure. Any and all additional Visa’s or travel documents required are the responsibility of the traveler. Traveler(s) assumes sole responsibility to independently confirm all documentation requirements for all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry and/or travel requirements of each destination.
Air Travel:
Flight details including departure times are always subject to change by the airlines and are not under the control of Adventure Together Travel, LLC. It is the passenger(s) responsibility to check in for booked flight(s) 24 hours in advance and reconfirm all gates and times. Adventure Together Travel, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from or related to an airline, airport, or airport security.
Travel Alerts and Hazards:
It is the traveler’s responsibility to educate themselves on current travel alerts. Adventure Together Travel, LLC is not responsible for any claims resulting in whole or in part from any problem related to your travel destination and any other causes not within our control (foreign entry requirements, unsafe conditions: health hazards, weather hazards, supplier bankruptcies, or the suitability for disabled persons of any portion of any tour.) By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks.

Cancellations:
Cancellations, revisions and no-shows are subject to penalties and refund policies for changes or unused travel/components vary and are subject to the policies of each supplier. Cancellation penalties can range up to 100% depending on how close to departure the written notification is received. Air, insurance premium and no-shows are always non-refundable. There are no refunds unless insurance (travel protection/travel insurance) has been purchased to cover your trip. If insurance has been purchased, refunds are subject to the insurance policy.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance protection is strongly recommended as it can help minimize the monetary loss incurred due to unforeseen events beyond your control such as: cancellation, missed connections, baggage loss, trip delay, and especially medical emergencies.
Pricing:
Prices and availability quoted by Adventure Together Travel, LLC are not guaranteed until deposit is fully paid. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Adventure Together Travel, LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is Adventure Together Travel, LLC responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold Adventure Together Travel, LLC harmless for any actions or damages arising from Supplier pricing. The right is reserved to make adjustments in the itinerary if deemed necessary.
Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous:
This Agreement is entered into in the State of Georgia and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of Fayette, in the State of Georgia, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
