Family Vacations

Why Try an All-Inclusive for Your Next Family Vacation

Ready to start planning your next family vacation?

Our Adventure Together Travel team has put together a few reasons why we think an all-inclusive resort should be your family’s next vacation destination.

Top Notch Beaches and Extravagant Pools

Beach vacations are a top choice when it comes to family vacations. Sun, sand, and surf does wonders for the body, mind and soul. All-inclusive resorts are often set on some of the most stunning beaches in the world. Get ready to grab your spot on the beach! Resorts often include non-motorized water sports (paddle boarding, kayaks, snorkel gear, etc…)

If a day on the beach is not exactly how your kids want to spend the day, they will not be disappointed by the extravagant pools and water parks found at some resorts. Top resorts offer surf simulators, water slides and lazy rivers, play areas, water cannons, you name it.

Most resorts offer multiple pools (expect family-friendly, adult-only, and kids-only options.) Family pools and adult-only pools offer swim up bars. Some pools offer a swim-up beverage station for the kids as well, stocked with unlimited soda and frozen concoctions. Find a cabana or in-water lounger and sit back while your family splashes to their heart’s content.

If you really love the water, we can help you find resorts with “swim-up” rooms, where you can swim out directly from your room for super easy pool access.

Activities, Entertainment, and Excursions

One of the best things about an all-inclusive resort is the endless list of activities waiting for you. Sure, if you want to just relax at the beach or pool, an all-inclusive will not disappoint. If you are looking for something more (or are just looking for a way to focus your child’s endless supply of energy), an all-inclusive is just what you need.

Each resort has their own style and signature activities (foam party anyone?) Supervised kid clubs offer something special for children ages 4 – 12. Teen-only clubs can also be found, with special activities, excursions (and some with their own dedicated nightclubs!) Adults have access to the spa, golf, bars and lounges, and sometimes a nightclub or casino.

It’s All Included

It is a great feeling to know exactly what your vacation is going to cost, up front. When staying at an all-inclusive resort, *everything is included in your rate.

Diverse dining options, from buffets to gourmet, snack bars and oftentimes room service, all-included. Let the drinks flow… smoothies for the kids or something a little stronger from the swim-up bar for the adults, all-included. Daily activities, supervised kids clubs and nightly entertainment, all-included. You get the idea.

At an all-inclusive resort, relax and know that you and your kids can enjoy your trip to the fullest without worry of sticker-shock when you get home.

*While most spa services and excursions are extra, many locations offer promotional “resort credits” that can be used for “extras” during your stay.
